This book was completed on November 15, 2024.

I did not want to write this book, but as an author and American citizen, I knew it was my duty to do try to help others, in any way possible, to protect our Democracy, even in a small way. 

My sleepless nights began in October, as I feared that the far-right, under the influence of Project 2025, would win the election with Donald Trump.

The steady march of the far-right conservative agenda under incoming President Donald Trump offers many frightening, unconstitutional policies that they have promised will become law. 

Will our country fall? We are living in very dark times, and I do not know. Project 2025 is the backbone of the incoming President’s vision and administration. This is my plan to help us get organized.

“I Remember Summertime” is a novel set in Southern California in the mid-1970s, and is a nostalgic slice of life during a pivotal summer for 15-year-old Cyndie Avondale and her family and friends.

The story is set around Cyndie and her gang putting on a summer performance with the town’s youth theater group.
